Get your faith community involved as a host or support congregation! Family Promise of Lawrence is an interfaith hospitality network. That means we depend on the service of over 600 volunteers from more than twenty congregations and faith communities to provide transformative hospitality for our guests.

Host congregations provide overnight shelter in churches and other congregational spaces, prepare and serve home-cooked meals, and create an atmosphere of supportive fellowship for families.
Support congregations partner with hosts by contributing volunteers and supplies.

Invite Family Promise of Lawrence representatives to speak to your community group about the problem of family homelessness and opportunities for local service.
